Minecraft Movie Weekend Giveaway – Official Rules

Sponsor: Act V Theaters

Promotion Period: April 3, 2025 – April 6, 2025

Drawing Date: Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 4:00 PM PDT (livestreamed online)

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals of all ages. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Employees of Act V Theaters, Ridgewalker Brewing, Retro Game Trader, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

Participants may receive raffle tickets in one of two ways during the promotion period:

A. Purchase-Based Entries (In-Theater Only)

Raffle tickets will be issued at Cornelius Cinemas (an Act V Theaters location) during the opening weekend of Minecraft: The Movie (April 3–6, 2025) with the purchase of any of the following:

 • A ticket to Minecraft: The Movie

 • A “Minecraft Bundle Bag” (custom-themed candy)

 • A “Brewery Update” IPA (custom-themed beer from Ridgewalker Brewing)

Each eligible purchase equals one (1) raffle ticket. Ticket quantities per purchase are limited to one per item listed above.

B. Alternative Method of Entry

To enter without purchase, visit www.actvtheaters.com/minecraft-giveaway-contest-rules and fill out the entry request form by 11:59 PM PDT on Monday, April 7, 2025.

 • One (1) raffle ticket per person will be generated and photographed.

 • The ticket image will be sent via email for confirmation and entered into the same drawing pool as in-theater tickets.

 • No purchase necessary.

3. Drawing & Winner Selection

A random drawing of all eligible tickets will be conducted via livestream on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM PDT. Winners will also be posted to Act V Theaters’ official social media channels following the livestream.

4. Prizes

 • Grand Prize (1 winner): Xbox One

 • Runner-Up Prizes (9 winners): Minecraft-themed posters

Winners will have 3 calendar days to claim their prize by contacting Act V Theaters. If the Grand Prize is unclaimed, a runner-up will be promoted to Grand Prize status, and an alternate runner-up will be drawn.

5. Prize Redemption

 • For in-theater entries, the physical raffle ticket must be presented to claim any prize.

 • No identifying information is collected at time of ticket issue. Act V Theaters is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

 • For AMOE entries, the winning raffle number will be matched to the previously emailed photograph, and no physical ticket is required.

6. Other Terms

 • This contest is sponsored solely by Act V Theaters.

 • Social media platforms (e.g., Meta/Instagram/Facebook) are not affiliated with or responsible for this contest.

 • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

 • Act V Theaters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time.

 • Winners will be announced via livestream and posted on social media. Following Act V Theaters and our partners on Instagram or Facebook is the best way to stay updated and claim your prize.
